ALFRED, Maine - A Milton Mills man has been indicted in a Lebanon burglary that took place in September.

Ronald Angell, 33, of 35 Western Avenue, was formally charged by a York County grand jury in the Sept. 9 burglary on Wednesday.

Burglary is a Class C felony in the state of Maine punishable by up to a five year prison term and a fine of $5,000.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward to trial.

The March indictments were released on Friday.

A phone call on Thursday to Maine State Police regarding further details of the case was not returned.
