LEBANON - Michael Cunningham, 71, of Long Swamp Road died Tuesday December 9, 2014, at home after a short battle with lung cancer.

Born in Dover, May 26, 1943, the son of James and Rita (Desautel) Cunningham he was a graduate of Dover schools and lived in Dover and Lebanon all of his life.

Mike was well known in the area as a self-employed oil burner service man. He was also a former employee at Northside Getty Gas Station and the former James K. Horne Oil Co.

The widower of Janet (Burnham) Cunningham who died in 2009 he is survived by his daughters Lisa Norton of Lebanon and Christina Laughton of Somersworth, 5 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife he was predeceased by his sister Denise Proulx.
