ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at the Lilac Mall Kmart.
David Drapeau, of 15 Maple St., was charged with willful concealment and held on cash bail of $1,500 since he is currently out on bail for the same type offense. He will be video arraigned today in Rochester District Court.
