ROCHESTER - A Lebanon teenager was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Kiara Holmes, 19, of Little River Road, was charged with willful concealment.
A juvenile female was also charged along with Holmes, who was released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
The juvenile was released to a parent.
