Lebanon man injured in crash with semi listed in 'serious' condition

LEBANON - The Lebanon man Medflighted to Maine Medical Center after a semi tractor trailer slammed into his pickup on Route 202 on Wednesday remains in serious condition today, according to a hospital spokesman.
Troopers said Luke Fleurant, 33. pulled out of Maple Street around 8:40 a.m. directly into the path of the big rig.
The semi was operated by Glenn Kimball, 59, of Berwick. He was not injured, and damage to the semi appeared light.
Assisting Troopers at the crash site were Lebanon Fire and EMS, Sanford Fire and Ambulance and Sanford Police.

State Police could not confirm on Wednesday whether the two drivers were wearing seat belts or if any charges might be forthcoming.
