EAST ROCHESTER - A Lebanon motorcyclist was arrested for DWI after he crashed his bike Saturday night in Eastside.

The incident occurred a little before 7:30 p.m. when police say Jonathan Oliver, 36, of Lebanon, Maine, was traveling eastbound on Highland on his 2012 Yamaha YZF-R1 motorcycle when he swerved around a vehicle in front of him and lost control.

The bike sustained minor damage and was towed.

The bike came to rest in the median located at the southwest corner of the intersection.

When officers arrived Oliver was already up, walking around and uninjured.

As a result of the investigation, Oliver was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence. His bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance with an arraignment date next month in Rochester District Court.

The motorcycle sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene.
