ROCHESTER - James "Jay" Cullen, 52, of Buffy St, died Monday, March 6, 2023, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital after a sudden illness.
Born Nov. 26, 1970, in Lynn Mass., he is the son of David and Diana (Colby) Cullen.
James has lived in Rochester most of his life. He enjoyed flying his drones, music and having a good time. He will be sadly missed by his family and his many friends.
Members of his family include his sons, Thomas and Colby of New Hampshire, his mother, Diana Cullen of Rochester, his father, David Cullen of Maine, his brother, Harold Cullen of Lebanon, Maine, a sister, Bridget Atkinson and her husband Mike of Rochester, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by a brother, Michael Cullen.
