ROCHESTER - A Rochester couple was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kohl’s on Thursday.
John Sullivan, 31, and his wife, Nicole Sullivan, 34, both of 21 Calef Highway, #105, were charged with willful concealment.
Nicole Sullivan was held on $500 cash bail, due to being out on bail on an unrelated willful concealment charge. She is scheduled to be arraigned today at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
John Sullivan was bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance and will be arraigned next month.
Anyone convicted twice of willful concealment in a three-year period can be charged with a felony.
