ROCHESTER - The Governor's Inn will greatly expand its musical offerings this summer beginning tonight on the Garden Stage with acoustic Thursday featuring Tony Santese.

In fact, the Governor's Inn will have live entertainment - either in front of The Garage or back on the Garden Stage - every Wednesday through Sunday all summer, said Governor's Inn owner Herman Ejarque this week.

"This will go all summer long to the end of August," an enthusiastic Ejarque said.

The musical week actually gets started with an open mic night every Wednesday, followed by acoustic Thursday and Friday, Classic Rock Saturday and regional and roots featuring blues, funk and folk on Sunday.

The rest of this week's lineup is Brian Munger on Friday, classic rock and blues band Dancing Madly Backwards on Saturday and New England Bluegrass on Sunday.

Saturday and Sundays will go back on the Garden Stage, Ejarque said.

Reggae lovers don't despair. The 10-hour Reggae Fest continues, this year scheduled for Aug. 6.
