GONIC - The Gonic Post Office remains closed today four days after a vehicle crashed into the side of the building.
The accident occurred around 2:10 p.m. on Friday when an unidentified 74-year-old female motorist ran into the structure.
She was transported to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital for treatment.
The building will be closed until further notice with all postal business including package, mail drop off, and P.O. Box pick-ups to be conducted at the Rochester Post Office at 20 Allen St., according to city officials.
