LEBANON, Maine - Lebanon voters went to the polls on Tuesday to vote for a replacement for former selectman James Dupuis who resigned late last year.

The three-way race to fill the slot was won by former selectman Chip Harlow, who edged out former selectmen chair Charles Russell Jr. by just three votes, 126-123.

Russell was forced out on a September 2021 recall vote, 460-417, becoming the first Lebanon selectman to be removed from office.

Coming in third on Tuesday was Thomas Place with 86 votes.
