DOVER - A Farmington man stands accused of pulling a gun on a pair of Farmington Police Officers while they were placing him under arrest in February.

Glen Lemieux, 51, of Smith Court, was indicted earlier this month by a Strafford County grand jury, charged with felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.

Lemieux is accused of "purposefully placing or attempting to place Sgt. Zachary Frye and School Resource Officer Danielle Morin in fear of physical contact or imminent bodily injury when he pulled a handgun while being arrested" on or about Feb. 10, according to the indictment.

If convicted the Class B felony carries a three and a half to seven year prison term.

The most recent indictments were handed down on April 14 and released to the public on April 22.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant moving forward to trial.
