ROCHESTER - State Police say a Farmington man was driving 111 miles an hour on the Spaulding Turnpike when they pulled him over Sunday morning.
Shawn Vachon, 42, was arrested around 9:05 a.m. for allegedly speeding, clocked at 111 by a state trooper. as Vachon headed south toward Dover in the area of Exit 13 (Rochester Crossing/Route 202) in his 2013 Honda Accord.
Vachon was placed under arrest, charged with reckless driving and released on no bail pending a Rochester Circuit Court arraignment in November.
