Ex-Gonic man pleads guilty to several felonies, released to Community Corrections

DOVER - A former Gonic man pleaded guilty on Monday in Strafford Superior Court to multiple felonies he committed in less than a month last year in both Dover and Rochester.
Adam Montrose, 44, now living on Calef Highway in Barrington, pleaded guilty to drug possession and being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon as well as a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief in connection with a March 13, 2023 arrest in Rochester.
Hr also pleaded guilty to felony drug possession and habitual offender charges related to a Feb. 15 arrest in Dover.
Montrose was sentenced to three and a half to seven years in state prison on all of the felonies, with the sentences all suspended for three years after his release on two misdemeanor charges.
He was freed on Monday pursuant to monitoring by Strafford Community Corrections. according to jail personnel.
