ROCHESTER - Estelle Talon, 92, died on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at her home surrounded by the love of her family. Born on Nov. 11, 1930, Estelle was the daughter of Gedeon and Amelia (Gagne) Huppe.

She attended Holy Rosary School and High School where she graduated in 1949. Following graduation Estelle spent 34 years at Clarostat Manufacturing in Dover.

Estelle was a communicant of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish in Rochester for 83 years. Her faith in the Lord shone brightly through her devotion as caregiver to her dear husband, Raymond "Art" for 17 years.

She made everyone feel right at home, a true woman of hospitality.

Along with her parents, Estelle was predeceased by her beloved husband, Raymond Talon in 2006; her grandson, Michael Hurley; And her brothers, Armand, Leo, Roland and Marcel Huppe.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Diane Talon; her son, David Talon and his wife, Pamela (Gibb) Talon. Estelle is also survived by her grandchildren, Daniel Hurley, Steven Talon, Jason Talon and his wife Elizabeth (Landry) Talon; seven great-grandchildren, two great, great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, including Fr. Marc Gagne, pastor of St. Anne Parish in Hampstead.
