ROCHESTER - A Rochester teenager was cited in a two-car collision at the corner of South Main and Franklin on Wednesday. Investigating officers learned that Verne Scadding, 80, of Alfred, Maine, was driving a Volkswagen Jetta south on South Main Street heading out of town around 2:50 p.m. when Destiny Duncan, 18, of Rochester was traveling north on South Main Street and made a left turn into the Care Pharmacy Parking lot.
