Dover man nabbed trafficking fentanyl in Seabrook Lowe's parking lot, police say

SEABROOK - Police say a Dover man was selling fentanyl in the parking lot of the Seabrook Lowe's on Friday when he was busted by Seabrook Police who got a tip about "suspicious activity" there.

Michael Harper, 33, was charged with drug trafficking and being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon as well as bail and parole violations.

Police got involved when they were called to Lowe's around 5:20 p.m. for a report of suspicious activity involving a man walking around the parking lot approaching different vehicles.

Police said Harper was also found with cocaine, meth, suboxone and Klonopin.

Harper is being held on no bail at Rockingham County Superior Court pending an arraignment.
