Dover cases hit century mark again; Rochester listed at 64

CONCORD - DHHS announced 440 new positive test results for COVID-19, for a current PCR test positivity rate of 2.8 percent with 72 minors and 37 from Strafford County.

DHHS has also announced two additional deaths related to COVID-19, both over 60.
