ROCHESTER - The woman seriously injured on Friday when the vehicle she was driving crashed near the railroad trestle on Haven Hill Road has been discharged from Portsmouth Regional Hospital, a PRH spokesperson said today.

When police arrived at the scene they found a GMC pickup truck operated by Kimberly Verschoor had overturned in the roadway.

Verschoor, 33, of East Rochester, was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital for what were described as serious but nonlife threatening injuries.

Verschoor was charged with felony-level DUI due to the level of injury. A DUI with serious bodily injury, even to oneself, is a felony, police said.
