City sex offender pleads guilty for failure to report, gets 6 months, all suspended

DOVER - A registered sex offender who lives in Rochester was sentenced to six months in the county House of Correction on Tuesday, with all suspended for a period of six months.

Keegan Ciampa, 37, of 20 Heaton St., was arrested on Nov. 21 for not reporting in with Rochester Police by Nov. 13 as required.

He initially pleaded guilty to the charge on Jan. 9.

Ciampa was convicted of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault in May 2002.
