DOVER - A Rochester man who is accused of dragging a woman alongside his vehicle and then two days later disseminating private sexual images of her while engaged in a sexual act has tentatively agreed to a plea deal today in Strafford Superior Court. Glenn Bushong Jr., 48, of North Main Street, was formerly indicted on the charges in July 2022. He was also charged with felony DV strangulation and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, that weapon being a motor vehicle. The charges of disseminating such images, reckless conduct and second degree assault are all Class B felonies that can draw up to a seven-year sentence apiece. The indictments allege Bushong sent the image that shows her naked and clearly identifiable on April 20, 2021, two days after police complaints were drawn up regarding the assault and reckless conduct charges. All of the incidents occurred in Rochester, though no specific address for the alleged offenses is indicated in court documents. The alleged victim, who is only identified by her initials, is also in her 40s. Bushong told the court today he was filing a Notice of Intent to plead guilty. That hearing is set for Nov. 1 in Strafford Superior Court, Strafford Assistant Attorney Rena DiLando-Dandurant told The Rochester Voice. If the plea deal falls through, it is expected a jury trial would begin on Dec. 2.
