City man picked up on five bench warrants out of four courts

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man with five bench warrants from four separate courts was arrested on Sunday during an assault investigation at a Rochester motel.

Officers were called to the Riviera Motel on Gonic Road around 4:05 p.m. for an alleged assault, but after a brief investigations found no evidence of such an incident.

They did, however, identify Antoine Valentin, 39, of Winter Street as having 2 capias' regarding a protective order and three EBWs on drug possession, contempt and disobeying an officer charges.

Valentin is currently being held at Strafford County Jail on no bail orders from Dover and Rochester district courts and Strafford County Superior Court pending his next court date. He also has a $100 cash bail out of Rockingham Superior Court in Brentwood.
