DOVER - A Rochester man is facing up to 50 years in prison and a $500,000 fine following his recent indictment on meth trafficking charges.

Thomas J. Marshall, 36, of Hemingway Drive, was arrested on June 1 by police in Rochester with more than 5 grams of meth in his possession.

He stands charged with a special felony with enhanced penalty.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to move forward to trial.
