City Hall, public library will be open as cooling centers during heat wave

ROCHESTER - The City of Rochester will have Rochester Public Library and City Hall open as cooling centers during regular business hours during this week's expected four-day wave.

City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Public Library is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
