CONCORD - The U.S. Marshals Service NH Joint Fugitive Task Force tracked down a child pornography suspect in Dover on Thursday.

Jeremy Alden Towle, 24, formerly of Manchester, failed to appear for an arraignment on March 17 at Strafford Superior Court prompting an arrest warrant to be issued.

Towle now faces arraignment today on a 5-count indictment alleging he had "knowingly procured, possessed, or controlled visual representations of a child engaging in sexually explicit conduct."

The Fugitive Task Force learned through investigation that Towle was possibly residing with family members on Columbus Avenue in Dover where he was arrested without incident Thursday afternoon.

Towle is being held without bail at Strafford County Jail pending his arraignment.
