SOMERSWORTH - Carl Stephen Brown, 64, of South Street, died on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Massachusetts General Hospital after a lengthy, hard fought battle with leukemia. He was born on January 15, 1954 in Dover, the son of Gerald and Joanne (Pacitto) Brown.
Carl attended Keene State College before becoming a QC inspector for General Electric in Somersworth, where he worked for 20 years. He was a dedicated family man and an avid collector of antiques and historical artifacts. A man who was all heart, his desires included a passion for acceptance; and his acceptance, of all whom he was blessed to share his life with.
Carl is survived by his spouse Tony Pomper Brown; his sons Timothy Brown and wife Alix of New Jersey, with their two daughters, Skylar and Bridgette, Matthew Brown of Chicago, Ill.; sisters Cindy Matta and husband Carlos of Somersworth and Candy Cabral of Rochester; brother Scott Brown and wife Carolyn of Barrington; as well as many other close, family members and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his mother Joanne Brown, brothers Gary Brown and Gerald Brown Jr. (Chip) and niece Kristina Pimentel.
