Staff reports ROCHESTER - A city man is facing up to a life sentence in a fatal drug overdose that occurred in Rochester in November of 2023. David Robinson, 35, of Bill Street, is accused of dispensing fentanyl to Rochester resident Brandon Snee, 41, who died Nov. 19, 2023. as a result of ingesting the deadly drug.
