CONCORD - The state Attorney General's Office announced today their expected operations for the State Primary Election to be conducted on Tuesday, Sept. 8. The Attorney General's Office will be operating its Election Day hotline from 6 a.m.-8 p.m., and encourages voters and election officials with concerns or questions to call 1-866-868-3703 (1-866-VOTER03).
