DOVER - Dover Police said today they have identified all three suspects in a burglary at a local medical marijuana dispensary early Thursday. Arrests of the three - two of whom are minors - are expected in the coming days, police say. The burglary occurred shortly after midnight, and police arrived minutes later after being notified by the dispensary's alarm monitoring company that a breach had been detected.
