DOVER - On Feb, 26, 2025, Ann I. Taylor, 66, of Dover, died after a courageous 3-year battle with ovarian cancer.
Ann is survived by her husband of 25 years, Kevin S. Davis; daughter Melissa (Kenny) of Dover; twin granddaughters Emma and Hanna; brother, Steve (Diana) of Scarborough, Maine; brother-in-law John (Hope) of Dover; and nieces Megan and Josie (Jurias); as well as several cousins and childhood friends. She was predeceased by her mother and father Joyce and Richard Taylor of North Berwick, Maine. Ann loved teaching and spent her career as a business educator working with students of all ages from high school through adult and retired from teaching at Exeter High School. Ann enjoyed cooking and baking and looked forward to trying new recipes. Ann was an avid reader and always had a book within reach. She enjoyed listening to music, whether at home or going to concerts and liked gardening in the raised beds built by her husband. Her next biggest love over the years, some may even say more than anything else, were her dogs. No outfit was complete without a touch of dog fur! She loved her golden retrievers, Summer and Sasha, who were the best "nurses" and were by her side throughout her battle. We would like to thank the staff at Mass General Cancer Center at Wentworth- Douglass Hospital, and all of the nurses in the infusion center whose compassionate care throughout Ann's fight was greatly appreciated.
