City man nabbed in DWI

A Rochester man was arrested for DWI and as a habitual offender after police say he was driving erratically on a city street.
David Rowe, 30, of 73 Maple St., was arrested and charged on Friday.
He is being held on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday at the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
