ROCHESTER - A Spaulding Avenue building could soon be the site of a major state-sanctioned medical marijuana growing facility.
A meeting to discuss the possibility is set for next Tuesday at Rochester City Hall at 7 p.m.
The Department of Health and Human Services settled on three different groups to dispense medical marijuana at four Alternative Treatment Centers throughout the state.
Each group can also operate a secure indoor marijuana grow operation. Rochester's would be somewhere on Spauldi...
