OSSIPEE - A Carroll County jury on Thursday found an Ossipee man guilty of two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the 2023 deaths of Christine Falzone, 33, and her unborn child.
The evidence presented at trial established that William Kelly assaulted Falzone inside the couple's residence in Ossipee on Dec. 17, 2023, causing injuries that resulted in the deaths of both Falzone and her nearly full-term unborn child.
