Rochester man faces life in prison in 2023 fatal overdose

ROCHESTER - A city man is facing up to a life sentence in a fatal drug overdose that occurred in Rochester in November of 2023.
David Robinson, 35, of Bill Street, is accused of dispensing fentanyl to Rochester resident Brandon Snee, 41, who died Nov. 19, 2023. as a result of ingesting the deadly drug.
In two separate indictments Robinson was also charged with trafficking the fentanyl to Snee and another individual on the same day.
