ROCHESTER - Rochester’s National Night Out will be held on Aug. 4 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Spaulding High School “triangle,” also known as Torr’s Park, and will feature an after-hours movie from 8:30 to 10:00 p.m.
