Dover man accused of using Snapchat to persuade minors to send him child porn

Staff reports DOVER – A Dover man was indicted this week for possession of child sex abuse materials and child exploitation. Syrus McCauley, 24, was formally charged by a federal Grand Jury on one count of possession of and access with intent to view child pornography and two counts of child exploitation.
