Public hearing slated for city's CDBG options

The Rochester City Council will conduct a public hearing on June 16 regarding the development of the City of Rochester’s FY 2027 CDBG Annual Action Plan, which is funded through HUD.
There will be a 15 percent cap for non-construction public services and 20 percent cap on planning and administration.
