ROCHESTER - Vehicular high jinks on a Friday night on Summer Street earlier this month led to the arrest of a Rochester man on several charges, including driving under the influence.
Rochester Police got involved a little before 9 p.m. on May 22 when they received a call for a possible intoxicated driver inside his vehicle on Summer Street.
