ROCHESTER - The City of Rochester will present a one-time course designed to educate Rochester residents and business owners with the knowledge and skills they say is needed for active citizenship.
It's called Civics 101 and is run by the Office for Public Information and Community Engagement.
The goal of the course is to present and discuss ways of understanding how local government works and how individual actions can drive change.
