Bedford couple had carobon monoxide alarms, but they weren't functional

BEDFORD - The victims of a fatal carbon monoxide incident Sunday have been identified as 78-year-old David P. Moore Jr. and 79-year-old Janice G. Moore. Their deaths were the result of accidental carbon monoxide poisoning, according the the state Medical Examiners Office. The cause of the carbon monoxide release remains under investigation by the NH State Fire Marshal's Office and the Bedford Police Department.
