Dozing city woman arrested in child endangerment

ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was arrested on Monday after police say her young daughter was unable to wake her and was seen wandering the streets near their Dora Drive home. Natasha Nailor, 26, of 7B Dora Drive was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class B misdemeanor. When Rochester Police arrived Nailor was “groggy,” said Sgt. Michael Brinkman today.
