ROCHESTER - The U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force is looking for the public's help in locating a fugitive who is wanted on warrants out of both Strafford and Rockingham counties.
Jeanne Andrews, 40, who has ties to Rochester, is wanted for a bail violation on a charge of selling fentanyl and failing to appear on the charge of sales of the prescription drug Klonopin.
