Jeffrey Dingman, who helped his older brother kill their 40-year-old parents 17 years ago in their Rochester home, is eligible for parole.
Jeffrey, who turned 14 just two weeks before the 1996 killings, got 30 years to life in a plea deal during their 1997 trial.
