AG lays out 'do not call' rules as primary looms

CONCORD, N.H. - Attorney General Joseph A. Foster has issued information providing guidance to Presidential Primary Candidates regarding prerecorded political messages received

by New Hampshire voters at telephone numbers registered with the National Do Not Call Registry.

Pursuant to RSA 664: 14-a, III, "no person shall deliver or knowingly cause to be delivered a prerecorded political message to any telephone number on any federal do not call list."

Any New Hampshire voter wishing to report a violation may contact the AttorneyGeneral's Office at 1-866-868-3703 or by email atelectionlaw@doj.nh.gov.
