MILTON MILLS - Wildlife biologist Charlie Bridges will lead a Winter Wildlife Walk in the forests of Branch Hill Farm in Milton Mills on Saturday, March 7.

Bridges, recently retired from New Hampshire Fish and Game, expects it to be a snowshoe outing and is hoping to find signs showing how wildlife are handling the extreme winter.

"The deep snow and extreme cold have made it a tough winter for our resident wildlife," he said. "On this walk we will look for clues on how some of them are faring."

The event is free, but preregistration is required by calling Kari Lygren at 603-978-7125 or emailing info@mmrg.info.

The event is cosponsored by Branch Hill Farm.
