Two nabbed in separate shoplifting incidents

ROCHESTER - Two alleged shoplifters were arrested on Saturday, including a transient who was held at Strafford County Jail on $1,000 cash bail.

Mark Josselyn, 29, a transient of late in Rochester, was charged with willful concealment in connection with an incident in the early morning hours at the Cumberland Farms in East Rochester.

Josselyn will be arraigned on Monday.

Later in the afternoon Amy Onyango, 35, of 616 Portland St., Apt. 62, Rochester, was charged with willful concealment in an incident at the Rochester Kohl's. She was bailed on personal recognizance and given a court date next month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
