Teen found unconscious gets DUI, heroin charge

ROCHESTER - A New Hampshire woman was arrested for driving while under the influence and heroin possession today after a call came into Rochester police for the report of a car facing the wrong way with its hazard lights on at the busy corner of Columbus Avenue and South Main Street.

When police arrived they found an unresponsive female slouched over behind the wheel, which was against a snow bank on the side of the road. The driver had to be removed from the vehicle and treated by EMS before gaining consciousness. It appeared as if the female had overdosed. The female was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital to receive further treatment.

Arrested was Jessica Mccassie, 19, of Fremont. The exact time of the incident was not immediately available.

Her bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance pending her arraignment next month.
