Rochester woman arrested in July shoplift incident

ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Lilac Mall Kmart.
Hanna Matthews, 20 of Rochester, was charged with misdemeanor willful concealment in connection with an incident in July.
She was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment in November in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
