DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester teenager has been indicted in the burglary of a Rochester home last June.

Courtney Hatch, 18, of 9 North Fucsia Dr., faces up to 7 ½ to 15 years in prison and a $4,000 fine if convicted of the Class A felony offense.

Court documents allege Hatch broke into a South Dewberry Lane residence and removed some of the owner's belongings on June 26.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down April 16 and released on Tuesday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
