Police seek suspect in panty raid at Walmart

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are on the lookout for a woman who stole panties from the Rochester Walmart earlier this month.

The woman is said to have gone into the store on July 5 and left with multiple pairs of underwear without paying for them.
